My family and I would like to say a big thank you to you all. 

From the first time we came through the door to the last time we saw you when collecting the ashes, you were all so kind, caring and thoughtful. Everything went so smoothly and nothing we asked for was too much trouble. Everyone that attended said the funeral was so lovely. You all looked immaculate, as did the hearse, coffin and placement of flowers.

I will recommend you wholeheartedly to anyone requiring your services.
